Return, Exchange & Replacement Policy
 
Exchange Policy 
 
We offer a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have up to 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.
Orders can be returned within 7 days of receiving
 
To be eligible for an exchange:
• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
• Original tags must be intact
• The item must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is required
 
How to raise an Exchange Request?
• Visit the Returns / Exchange section on our website
• Fill in the required details
• Select the item you wish to exchange
• Submit the request
• Once approved, a confirmation email will be sent
 
A reverse pickup will be arranged within 3–5 working days after approval.
Once the returned item passes quality inspection, the exchange order will be processed and shipped within 3–5 working days. Delivery may take 7–10 days, depending on your location.
 
Note: Once an item is exchanged and delivered, no further exchange or replacement requests will be accepted for that order.
 
 
Refund Policy
 
refund will be credited to your original payment method within 4-5 business days.
 
 
Replacement Policy (Defective / Wrong Items)

replacement orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
 
After verification, you will be offered:
• Replacement of the same product, or
• Exchange with another product of equal value (subject to availability)
 
There will be no refund for defective items—only replacement or exchange.
 
 
Non-Exchangeable Items
 
The following items are not eligible for exchange or replacement:
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Perishable goods
• Personal care / hygiene products
• Hazardous or flammable items
 
 
Important Notes
• We reserve the right to reject exchange or replacement requests if the product does not meet eligibility criteria after inspection
• Exchange is subject to product availability
• Color variation due to screen resolution is not considered a defect
